Our market is smokin hot and this Denver Post article proves it!  When you see that the average price of a Denver-area home is up 19 percent to more than $295,000, the average days on the market is down 35 percent, and inventory levels are 35 percent lower than they were in March 2012, you know we have come full circle!

I can't believe how fast it turned around.  Inventory levels are chronically low for homes in Parker CO and Castle Rock.  I do think, however, that there seems to be a glut of homes over 750K, but that is also a large part of the market in Douglas County.  We need listings so call me if you know of anyone that is thinking of selling this year!
