New home sales in Stapleton have landed the Denver neighborhood in the nations best selling neighborhoods! The consulting group surveyed 100 communities, and they ranked the top 50. Stapleton's master developer tied for 10th on the list with 508 sales in 2012. Highlands Ranch ranked 12th with 507 sales in 2012. The meadows in Castle Rock ranked 37th with 250 sales.
