The evidence is overwhelming.  Since basically the beginning of 2013 we have been in an extreme SELLERS market.  When you see articles like this one called Home Prices Make the Largest Year Over Year Jump in 6 Years, and also Denver's hot real estate market now seeing quick, 24-hour sale you know its all over as far as prices going down.  They HAVE to rise.  

I was recently showing buyers some model homes in Parker CO from KB at Meridian Village,and they said they have had 7 price jumps since December!  And I ran a search for ranch homes yesterday in Parker up to 260K, and guess how many there are?  ZERO.  And 10 under contract.  Crazy Crazy stuff.
