Parker CO home numbers are in line with Denvers.  There are of course exceptions within neighborhoods though.  

With one (1) month remaining in the prime home selling/home buying season, June month and June YTD real estate statistics continue the trend that Denver is one of the hottest home markets in the United States!

Average days on the market is down.

Average sold price is up.  

THESE ARE GOOD NUMBERS!

In the areas of pricing, both average and median, everything is up, Up, and UP.

Let’s look at the pricing mix:

For residential homes, 55% of homes sold in June in the price range of $110,000 to $299,999.  An additional 28% of homes sold in June in the price range of $300,000 to $499,999.

 

For condo homes, 58% of condo homes sold in June in the price range of $110,000 to $299,999”.
