1) What is a CMA? A Competitive Market Analysis is a process used by Realtors that compiles recent sales and current listings in an area to help formulate an opinion of a property's value.

2) How can I save time when searching for a home? A) Speak with a lender and get pre-approved not pre-qualified. B) Determine the area you want to be in. C) Make a "wish list" of both non-negotiable and negotiable items.

3) Why should I use a Realtor? A) Navigating either the buying or selling process takes experience and skill. B) Negotiating a "win~win" deal requires a savvy professional. C) Evaluating various properties requires education, a thorough understanding of the current market and experience.

4) Who pays a Realtor? Typically the seller pays the Realtor fees with a percentage of the total negotiated listing fee going to the Realtor that brings the buyer to the transaction.
