Training Our FAST START Training Program
Colorado Dream Properties offers comprehensive training to help new and experienced agents learn and ‘experience’ the techniques needed to achieve success. The multi-faceted approach, taught by a variety of trainers, systematically exposes our associates to a variety of situations which build confidence and expertise. This orientation program is structured to help guide agents through the real estate process. Our Broker Associates learn the business in an organized format that shows them step by step how to jumpstart their career.
The program begins with the basics of how to properly measure and list a home, and continues through the process of marketing and selling it. Time management, goal setting, CRM software and the how-tos of prospecting for new clients are also topics included.
Mentor Program
Our mentor program matches new licensees with experienced agents for in-field training. Your mentor is there to help you through your first three transactions or your first year, whichever comes first. Your mentor will work side-by-side with you as your learn the industry and fine-tune your skills. The Mentoring Program provides you with the confidence you need to quickly progress through the early stages of your career.
Coaching Program-on going training
In addition to the training offered for new agents, Colorado Dream Properties also offers classes for seasoned agents. Classes are offered Tuesday through Friday from 9:30 am to 11:30 AM, 12 months a year, on various topics of interest. These courses are customized to help individuals excel in the real estate business. Trainers offer classes on the MLS system, e-neighborhoods, REALTOR.com tips and tricks, IDX web sites, wireless configuration, e marketing, PDA syncing,data export and import techniques, 1031 exchanges, contracts classes, listing techniques, Neural Linguistic Programming (NLP), hypnosis training, goal setting, business planning, Meditation, Internet HTML-java basics, script classes, excel spreadsheets, MS Publisher desktop publishing, working a paperless office, Outlook I and II, eContracts Training, ADOBE tips, POCKET PC, VoIP phone, Technology tips, Demographic Farming, Sphere Farming, U-Farm-It, and more. Seminars, CE and workshops are offered to Broker Associates throughout the year to keep them on the cutting edge of the real estate industry.
